Feedback that reaches you, alerts you can trust
NewImprovedFixed
What's new
- Get an email the moment someone posts to your board — the whole idea in it, with a link straight to the reply box. Busy board? Turn it off per project in Settings; the Monday digest still arrives either way.
- Monitors can authenticate now. Point one at an endpoint that needs a bearer token, an API key header, or a token in the query string, and it gets checked properly — instead of being left open or left unwatched. Your token is encrypted, never shown again, and never handed to a host your endpoint redirects to.
- Project settings are tidier: your public URL now sits in General with everything else, and the whole page works properly on a phone.
What's fixed
- Uptime alerts no longer fire for problems on our end. When our own network wobbles, the check is recorded as "unknown" rather than marking your service down — so you stop hearing about outages that never happened.
- Real outages are confirmed in about twenty seconds now, instead of waiting for the next check. On five-minute checks that's up to ten minutes sooner.
- Your uptime percentages and status pages no longer carry the dents those false alarms left behind.
- Sign-in and the feedback forms now reject absurdly long email addresses.
