Sites that cannot be reached now say why
Fixed — Scanning a site whose SSL certificate does not match its domain, whose domain name does not resolve, or whose server refuses the connection failed with a puzzling browser message ("Unable to retrieve content because the page is navigating") — and now and then it went the other way and completed with scores computed from the browser's own error page. The scan now stops straight away and says what went wrong, for example "Could not load https://example.com: the site's SSL certificate is not valid for this domain (ERR_CERT_COMMON_NAME_INVALID)", so you know whether to fix the site or just try again.
Improved — When the page cannot be loaded at all, the performance audit is no longer attempted against the browser's error page.
