Questions worth asking before you pay
Does the bill grow as my board gets busier?
No. Feedback posts, votes and comments are unlimited on both plans, and there are no per-seat, per-visitor or per-event charges — the price is the same whether ten people use your hub or ten thousand. The only things counted are the ones you create: projects, monitors, published changelog entries and feedback categories.
Are the REST API and the MCP server behind the paywall?
No, and this is the usual surprise: they're on the Free plan in full. A free account can create API keys, call every /api/v1 endpoint and connect Claude Code or any MCP client, at the same 120 requests a minute per key that Pro gets. Upgrading buys scale and branding, not access.
What exactly changes when I upgrade?
5 projects instead of 1, 10 monitors instead of 1, checks every minute instead of every five, 90 days of check history instead of 30, unlimited published changelog entries and feedback categories instead of 15 and 3, unlimited status-page subscribers instead of 25, and the "Powered by FeedFast" badge comes off. Nothing about how the product works changes.
What happens when I hit 15 changelog entries on Free?
Publishing the next one is refused with a message; nothing already published is touched or hidden, and your public page and RSS feed keep serving all 15. Only published entries count, so drafts are unlimited — you can write ahead and publish as you upgrade, or unpublish an old entry to make room.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Nothing is deleted. Cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid for. After that, projects past the Free limit and monitors past the first go read-only and paused rather than being removed — your feedback, changelog history and incidents stay exactly where they are, and everything switches back on if you upgrade again.
Is yearly worth it, and can I get a refund if I stop mid-period?
Yearly is $79 against $9 × 12, so it's 3 months free. Part-used periods aren't refunded automatically — cancelling just stops the renewal and leaves Pro running until the period ends — so if you're unsure, start monthly. If something breaks on our side, email us and we'll sort it out, and your statutory withdrawal rights are unaffected either way.
Who actually charges my card, and what about VAT?
Creem.io, as merchant of record. Your card details never reach FeedFast's servers, and your receipt and any tax come from them — which also means they handle VAT and sales tax for your country rather than us. Cancelling, updating a card and downloading invoices all happen in their billing portal, linked from your account.
